About the Role

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and result-driven IT Sales Cold Caller to join our team in Mohali.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling international/US prospects, introducing our IT products and services, understanding their requirements, generating interest, and converting prospects into qualified opportunities and sales.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable making a high volume of calls, confident speaking with international clients, persuasive in communication, and passionate about sales and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to US and international prospects.
- Introduce and pitch our IT products and services professionally.
- Understand prospects' business requirements and identify potential opportunities.
- Explain the value and benefits of our IT solutions according to client needs.
- Generate interest and convert cold prospects into qualified leads.
- Handle questions, objections, and rejection confidently and professionally.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and emails.
- Schedule meetings and demos with potential clients when required.
- Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and potential clients.
- Work toward achieving daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status.




- Coordinate with the sales/business development team to move qualified opportunities forward.
- Consistently work toward lead generation, conversions, and revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

- Excellent English communication and conversational skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Experience in cold calling and international sales.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to confidently pitch products/services over the phone.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and lead conversion.
- Target-driven and comfortable working under sales pressure.
- Solid follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate with US/international clients professionally.
- Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with US business hours.
- Previous experience in IT Sales, Cold Calling, International Sales, B2B Sales, Telecalling, or selling IT services/products will be an advantage.
