Roles & Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across various technologies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking channels.
Review resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and schedule technical interviews in a timely manner.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure quality submissions.
Maintain candidate pipeline and update status using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
