– IT Recruiter Job Title: IT Recruiter / Senior IT Recruiter Experience: 3–7 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: New Bel Road, Bangalore Industry: Recruitment & Staffing About the Role: We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 3–7 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and candidate relationship skills, with the ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver quality candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions from sourcing to offer closure and joining. Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, social media, and other channels .

Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, compensation, and notice period. Conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews and coordinate technical/client interviews. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring priorities and recruitment challenges. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience. Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.

Track interview status, offers, joining dates, and recruitment metrics. Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment and closure targets . Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in ATS/MIS. Build and maintain a strong candidate network across various IT skill sets.

Work on both contract staffing and permanent hiring requirements ,



depending on business needs.

Required

Skills3–7 years of experience in IT recruitment / technical recruitment . Strong experience in sourcing candidates for IT/technology positions. Good understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and technical skill requirements.

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms . Excellent candidate screening and communication skills. Strong negotiation and follow-up skills. Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under recruitment deadlines.

Good client/stakeholder coordination skills. Robust target orientation and ability to work independently. Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
