Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to generate new business, develop client relationships, and drive sales of IT products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a good understanding of IT solutions, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT products, software, solutions, or services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Follow up with leads and prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with technical, presales, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging IT solutions.
- Ensure timely follow-up for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, technology sales, or B2B sales.
- Good understanding of IT products and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to make outbound calls and conduct client meetings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
