Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team goals, and cultural fit.

- Source candidates through job portals , social media, employee referrals, and networking channels.

- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates technical expertise, experience, and communication skills.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring panels and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts in coordination with HR and management

- Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer-to-join ratio.

- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and hiring best practices in the IT domain.





- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates to strengthen the talent pipeline.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer management.

- Strong understanding of technical skills and IT job roles (e.g., software development, cloud, data analytics, DevOps, QA).

- Hands-on experience using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn etc

- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

- Solid negotiation and coordination skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
