We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern who is interested in building a career in IT Recruitment. Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience are welcome.
The candidate will gain hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and social media.
- Screen resumes according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of IT candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with daily/weekly recruitment reports.
- Support onboarding and recruitment activities.
Required Skills
- 0–6 months of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Freshers with a strong interest in IT Recruitment can apply.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and Naukri.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, BCA/ MCA or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
