IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates and ensure timely joining.
- Meet recruitment targets and close positions within deadlines.
