Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.

- Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates to ensure a smooth interview process.

- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) or End-to-End Recruitment.

- Robust understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and skillsets required for different roles.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
