We are looking for enthusiastic IT interns who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in software development, testing, product implementation, and customer-focused technology solutions.

Role Overview

As an IT Intern at Scoria IT, you will work alongside the product and development teams on real-world software projects. Based on your skills and interests, you may contribute to application development, software testing, database activities, product documentation, implementation support, or issue analysis.

This internship is suitable for candidates who want practical exposure to the complete software product lifecycle rather than only classroom-based assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and enhancing web- and mobile-based application features.
- Support the team in understanding functional requirements and converting them into technical tasks.
- Write clean, structured, and maintainable code under the guidance of senior team members.
- Participate in functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
- Identify, document,



and report software defects clearly.
- Assist in database queries, data validation, data preparation, and system configuration.
- Support product implementation and customer onboarding activities when required.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, test cases, and process notes.
- Investigate application issues and coordinate with the development team for resolution.
- Participate in internal discussions, product demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Maintain the confidentiality of company, product, and customer information.

Eligibility

- Students or recent graduates pursuing/completing B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, M.Sc. Computer Science, or a related qualification.
- Basic understanding of software development concepts and database fundamentals.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language or development framework.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, web technologies, or mobile application development will be advantageous.
- Candidates with academic projects, personal projects, GitHub repositories, or prior internship exposure are encouraged to apply.
