Role & responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 support for IT infrastructure, systems, servers, and end-user environments.

- Monitor and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers, networks, connectivity, and system-related issues.

- Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, and user access management.

- Troubleshoot desktop, application, VPN, network, and connectivity issues.

- Monitor system health, alerts, and infrastructure performance.

- Assist with incident, problem, and change management.

- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors for issue resolution.

- Maintain infrastructure documentation and technical records.

- Follow IT security, access-control, backup, and compliance procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

- Windows Server / Linux Administration

- Active Directory, DNS & DHCP

- TCP/IP, LAN/WAN and VPN

- Microsoft 365 / Azure fundamentals

- IT troubleshooting and monitoring tools

- Basic VMware/Hyper-V knowledge

- ITIL / Incident & Change Management knowledge would be an advantage

- Positive communication and coordination skill
