Position: IT In-Charge Campus

Location: Thirumudivakkam, Chennai & Hyderabad

Experience: 3–6 Years

Salary: Up to 30,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain campus IT infrastructure and systems.
- Provide technical support to staff and users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Monitor LAN, Wi-Fi, servers, CCTV, biometric, and other IT systems.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, and software licenses.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services.
- Ensure data backup, system security, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Maintain IT records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the campus.

Preferred Skills:
- 3–6 years of relevant IT support / IT administration experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and networking knowledge.
- Experience in managing campus/institutional IT infrastructure is preferred.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle IT operations independently.
