Objective of the role:

IT Executive will manage and support the technology, software, and network systems used across a construction company's offices and active job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and maintain site Wi-Fi, VPNs, WAN optimization, and hardware (laptops, rugged tablets etc.) for field teams.
- Manage and troubleshoot construction-specific software like ERP systems, document management tools, and BIM (Building Information Modeling) platforms.
- Provide day-to-day help desk support for office staff and remote site workers experiencing hardware or software issues.
- Enforce cybersecurity rules, manage firewall security, and run routine data backups to prevent loss of critical project files.
- Coordinate with external tech suppliers,



software providers, and telecommunication carriers.

Qualification & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on IT support or infrastructure management experience, preferably within engineering, real estate, or construction.
- Solid knowledge of local/wide area networks, cloud/on-premises server maintenance, and basic database administration.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
