Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Executive to manage and support IT infrastructure across our all branches in India. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in hardware, networking, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure, along with basic software/application knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage computers, laptops, printers, CCTV, biometric systems, and other IT hardware.
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Provide IT support to all branches and coordinate with local IT vendors.
- Handle IT asset management, procurement, AMC, and vendor management.
- Provide basic support for Windows, Microsoft Office, email, ERP/TMS, and other business applications.
- Manage backups, antivirus, user access, and basic IT security.




- Maintain IT infrastructure documentation and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Requirements

- 4–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure/support.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
- Experience in managing IT operations across multiple locations.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of servers, cloud applications, and cybersecurity.
- Positive communication and vendor-management skills.
- Logistics/transportation industry experience will be an advantage.
- IT/Computer Science degree or diploma preferred.
