- Lead complete lifecycle management of BaNCS, APEX, and other enterprise-critical systems.
- Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of all core applications.
- Oversee upgrades, patches, releases, and production deployments with zero-defect philosophy.
- Drive modernization initiatives, including API enablement, integration frameworks, microservices adoption, and platform upgrades.
- Lead and mentor a blended team of internal employees and external vendor professionals.

Required Skills & Experience

- 15 to 20+ years of experience in enterprise IT with at least 8+ years in leadership roles managing core systems.
- Deep functional and technical understanding of BaNCS banking core platforms.
- Robust background in application architecture, integrations, APIs, databases, and performance engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large internal teams and multi-vendor ecosystems.
- Proven track record in delivering complex transformation initiatives in BFSI.
