We are hiring an IT Business Analyst – Lending Operations for a leading NBFC.

The role involves working as a bridge between the business/operations teams and software vendors , ensuring the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of lending applications supporting Gold Loan and Personal Loan operations .

? Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with software vendors for Gold Loan & Personal Loan lending applications.
- Track and follow up on software issues through to resolution.
- Provide first-level application support to branch/business users.
- Gather business requirements and prepare requirement documents.
- Coordinate customization requests, system upgrades, patches and releases.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before deployment.

- Coordinate user creation, access rights and permissions.
- Maintain issue logs, resolution reports and application-related documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports covering open issues, vendor performance, enhancements and pending requests.
- Coordinate implementation of regulatory/system changes.
- Support user training and maintain SOPs/user manuals.

? What We're Looking For

• 4–6 years of relevant experience ,



preferably in an NBFC, Gold Loan company, Bank, Microfinance Institution or Lending FinTech .

• Experience with Loan Management Systems (LMS) .

• Understanding of Gold Loan and/or Personal Loan workflows .

• Knowledge of UAT, MIS reporting and incident management .

- Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
- Knowledge of APIs and software integrations will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, documentation and coordination skills.

• Experience in vendor management and application support .

- Ability to manage multiple issues and priorities effectively.

• BE/BTech (Computer Science/IT), MCA, BCA or BSc IT with relevant experience.

CTC: ₹3.6–4.2 LPA , depending on experience and suitability.
