Role Description This is a full time, on-site IOT Product Manager role based in Gurugram. The IOT Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Zypp’s IoT and AI-enabled EV products, including connected scooter hardware, telematics, battery tracking, and charging/swap station integrations.

Responsibilities include defining product vision and roadmap, gathering and prioritizing requirements, coordinating with engineering, data, operations, and business teams, and ensuring timely product releases that improve performance, reliability, and user experience.



The role involves translating business and operational needs into technical specifications, monitoring product metrics, conducting user and market research, and driving continuous improvement of IoT features. The IOT Product Manager will also collaborate on pilot programs, assist in scaling new capabilities across fleets and cities, and support compliance, safety, and sustainability objectives.

Qualifications

- Solid product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and agile delivery.
- Experience with IoT platforms, connected devices, telematics, embedded systems, or hardware-software integration in a product context.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working with data, KPIs, dashboards, and experimentation to guide decisions.
- Familiarity with EV ecosystems, mobility, logistics, or related domains, including battery management, charging infrastructure, or fleet operations.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and business teams, and to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment and a strong interest in sustainability, clean technology, and urban mobility.
