Role Description:

1. Email Outreach & Business Development

- Identify and research potential clients, investors, PE/VC funds and strategic buyers.
- Conduct targeted and personalised email outreach and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and transaction opportunities.
- Support pitches, proposals and conversion of prospects into advisory mandates.

1. Client Communication & Relationship Management

- Communicate with promoters, founders and other senior stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements related to M&A;, fundraising, valuation and financial advisory.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups and information requests with clients.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and prospects.

1. Financial Analysis & Valuation

- Analyse financial statements, business performance and key financial metrics.
- Evaluate companies and potential M&A; / investment opportunities.
- Prepare financial models, projections and valuation analyses using DCF, comparable companies and other relevant methodologies.




- Support transaction structuring and financial decision-making.

1. M&A; & Fundraising Support

- Identify suitable investors, buyers and strategic partners for client opportunities.
- Prepare and support teasers, Information Memorandums, pitch decks and investor presentations.
- Conduct investor / buyer outreach and track transaction progress.
- Support M&A; and fundraising assignments through execution.

1. Financial Analysis & Valuation

- Analyse financial statements, business performance and key financial metrics.
- Evaluate companies and potential M&A; / investment opportunities.
- Prepare financial models, projections and valuation analyses using DCF, comparable companies and other relevant methodologies.
- Support transaction structuring and financial decision-making.

Qualifications: CA / CFA / MBA – Finance / B.Com / BBA / BBM with relevant investment banking or finance experience / Other relevant finance qualifications.
