Pagani Capital | Investment Advisor - India Desk

Pagani Capital is looking for an experienced Investment Advisor to join our India Desk and drive business development and investor relationships across India.

This is a B2B focused role with direct exposure to HNWIs, UHNWIs, wealth managers, financial advisors, family offices, and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive proactive B2B business development through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Build and manage relationships with wealth managers, financial advisors, family offices, intermediaries, and investors.
- Conduct investor and partner meetings and confidently present Pagani Capital’s funds and investment opportunities.
- Manage HNWI/UHNWI relationships and ensure consistent follow ups and investor engagement.
- Maintain a solid sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
- Identify new opportunities and contribute to the growth of Pagani Capital’s India Desk.
- Travel across India for investor, partner, and business development meetings.

What We’re Looking For

- 2-5 years of experience in investment management, wealth management, private banking, financial advisory,



investment distribution, or financial services.
- Proven experience handling HNWIs and UHNWIs mandatory.
- Strong B2B business development and cold calling experience.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong follow up discipline and hands on CRM experience.
- Professional presence and confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Ideal profile: A finance professional who is equally comfortable opening new relationships, making the call, presenting an investment opportunity, and building long term investor relationships.
