With over a decade of experience, the organization continues to expand its impact on financial literacy and investor education.

Role Description The Investment Advisor will provide personalized financial planning and investment advice aligned with clients’ goals and risk profiles.

Responsibilities include developing and reviewing investment strategies, analyzing equity and mutual fund options using research-backed frameworks, and preparing financial plans and reports for individuals and families. The role involves regular client interactions to understand financial objectives, explain recommendations clearly,



and offer ongoing portfolio monitoring and rebalancing support. The advisor will collaborate with the research and planning teams to ensure advice remains compliant, transparent, and up-to-date with market and regulatory developments.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning, including goal-based planning and retirement and tax planning.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Investments and Investment Strategies, including equity, mutual funds, and asset allocation.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Finance, including understanding of risk, return, and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, relationship management, and client education.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field; certifications like CFP, NISM, or other SEBI-recognized credentials are preferred.
- Experience in advisory, wealth management, or financial planning roles, along with strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and financial tools, will be beneficial.
- Ability to work ethically with a focus on transparency, unbiased advice, and long-term client outcomes.
