Role Description The Inventory Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Inventory

Associate will be responsible for receiving, counting, and tagging stock, ensuring accurate inventory levels for all silverware products. Daily tasks include updating inventory systems, organizing tagging and labeling items, and conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations.



The role also involves coordinating with sales and operations teams to support order fulfillment, identifying discrepancies, and assisting with periodic audits.

Associate will help maintain clean, secure inventory areas and follow company procedures to protect product quality and value.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and support smooth order processing.
- Attention to detail, basic data entry skills, and comfort working with inventory software or spreadsheets.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, stand for extended periods, and handle physical inventory tasks safely.
- Prior experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent and above education
