The role involves Personal Loan (Digital) – Cross Sell , including lead generation through cold calling, product pitching, cross-selling, customer relationship management, basic loan documentation, preliminary KYC verification, and achieving monthly business and lead targets in coordination with branch managers. The internship is for 1 year , with a stipend/salary of ₹14,000 per month for 1–6 months, ₹18,000 for 7–12 months, and ₹27,000 during probation (13–18 months) .

After confirmation, the salary is ₹33,333 per month along with a ₹1 lakh retention bonus , based on performance. No bond/service contract is applicable. The selection process includes one Personal Interview round , and the placement is Full time .
