Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer calls.
- Understand and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain skilled communication with customers.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in International Voice, BPO, Customer Support, or Telecalling.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willing to work from Perungalathur, Chennai.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
