- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

- Comfortable working in night/rotational shifts.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Freshers can apply; international voice experience is an added advantage.

- Candidates should be customer-focused and willing to work in a target-driven environment.
