Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in an International BPO in Voice Process is mandatory.
- Handling basic customer queries and providing customer resolution.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and comprehension skills.
- Active Listener and Resolve the Customer Query over phone.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work in US shift (Night shift)
