Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with approved vendors of the company.

 Manage existing client relationships, ensuring their needs are effectively addressed.

 Gather client requirements and communicate them to the hiring team. Strive to meet or surpass designated expectations and acquisition targets for new clients.

 Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt and satisfactory fulfillment of client needs.

 Handle full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessment, job analysis, relationship management, and due diligence.

 Understand partner requirements for candidates and source suitable candidates from job portals such as Dice, Monster, and Career Builder, among others.

 Experience working with both W2 and C2C requirements.

 Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary in alignment with the above responsibilities.
