We are hiring International Voice Process.

primary role will handling customer calls from US. and Australia.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting customers with product and service-related queries.

Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally

Providing support through inbound and outbound calls.

Skills Required:

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English.

Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally.

Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts (US. shift hours).

Salary & Perks:

Salary Range: 19,000 for Freshers & 30000 per month for experience (In-hand based on your interview and experience)
