Job Summary:

We are hiring US Voice Process Associates /Executives for our Banking Process, responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer handling ability, and a performance-driven mindset to meet business targets.

Shift Details:

- Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Night Shift)
- Dinner Break: 9:30 PM – 10:15 PM
- Tea Break: 11:30 PM – 11:45 PM and 1:45 AM – 2:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance processes
- Communicate effectively with US customers to provide accurate information
- Verify and update customer Contacts in the system
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and call quality
- Meet daily/weekly calling and performance targets
- Follow company-defined processes and compliance guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Solid verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Experience in voice process / calling roles (Inbound/Outbound) preferred




- Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM/software tools
- Good listening skills and customer handling ability
- Willingness to work in night shifts with US Calendar

Preferred Candidates:

- Candidates with US Voice Process / Similar experience
- Immediate joiners
- Freshers with excellent English communication can also apply

Compensation & Benefits:

- ₹15,000/month (Initial for first 3 months)
- Post 3 months:
- ₹3,000 Performance Incentive
- ₹1000 Attendance Bonus
- Experienced Candidates: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 (based on performance and immediate productivity)
