We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Travel Voice Process in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 months of experience in an International BPO Voice Process along with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with international travel-related queries over voice calls.
- Handle customer requests related to travel bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
- Provide accurate information regarding travel services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle service-related queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professionalism and excellent communication during customer interactions.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.




- Document customer interactions and update relevant information accurately.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 12 months of experience in an International BPO Voice Process is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Candidates should be willing to work from Gurgaon.
- Prior experience in a travel, airline, hospitality, or international customer service process will be an advantage.
