Role Description The International Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for developing and managing international sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with overseas clients and partners, and supporting the company’s growth in key global markets. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and presenting product portfolios, negotiating pricing and terms, and coordinating orders and shipments with internal teams.

The role involves regular communication with international distributors, retailers, and design professionals, handling inquiries, and providing timely,



high-quality customer service. The specialist will also monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and provide feedback to management to refine sales strategies and product positioning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong International Sales and International Business skills, with experience in managing overseas accounts or markets.
- Having US Visa and travelled in USA, and Middle East Countries.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present to international clients.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of International Trade practices, including export documentation, incoterms, and basic logistics coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship management.
- Experience in the textiles, rugs, Furnishing ind.,home décor, or interior design sectors is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate effectively with production, design, and logistics teams.
- Proficiency in English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
