What were looking for:

We need a strong B2B Sales Skilled with 5+ years of proven experience who can independently generate new business, acquire international clients, build strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and successfully close deals.

This is not just a team-management position. The selected candidate will be actively involved in sales and revenue generation while also leading and developing our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and convert international B2B leads
- Acquire new overseas clients and business opportunities
- Handle client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations & deal closures
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets
- Lead, train & mentor the sales team
- Improve team performance and conversion rates
- Develop strategies for international market expansion
- Build long-term relationships with international clients
