Job Title: Non-Voice Process Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Freshers

Take-Home Salary: 15,000 per month

Contract: 3 Months

Work Model: 60% Work From Home + 40% Work From Office

Equipment: Laptop/Desktop will be provided by the company

Shift: Rotational Night Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days Working + 2 Days Week Off

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Handle non-voice process activities such as data processing, documentation, and email/chat-based tasks.
- Review and process information accurately as per process guidelines.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and data security procedures.
- Complete assigned tasks within the given timelines.
- Coordinate with the team and report any process-related issues to the concerned team.

Eligibility Criteria





- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
- Good written English and basic computer skills are required.
- Valuable typing speed and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
- Candidates must be available for immediate joining.
- Candidates should be comfortable with the 3-month contract and hybrid work model.
