Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Candidates must be willing to work under a 3-month contractual arrangement.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with 6+ months of International Voice / Customer Support / Technical Voice experience will be preferred for experienced positions.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from office in Hyderabad.
