Role & responsibilities

- Query Handling

- Co-ordination with doctors & their secretary to get the opinion

- Get back to the Source (Direct/BD team/Individual Facilitators/embassy) with require/desire details (Doctors Opinion with CV, estimate cost, estimate stay In India, Bank details, etc)

- Tracking of the queries through MIS

- Frame an estimate as per the SOC code and advised line of treatment given by the doctor for different room categories. Get the same vetted by AM/M
