Position: Blended Support Executive (Voice + Chat)

Qualification: Graduate (any stream)

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 In-Hand

Shift: Rotational

Cab Facility: Both-side pickup & drop

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via voice calls and live chat
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Ensure a positive and skilled customer experience

Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, navigation across systems)
- Ability to multitask between voice and chat platforms
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in rotational shifts
