Role Overview
As an International Business Development Manager, you will win and grow business across overseas markets, building the pipeline, relationships, and deals that expand the company's footprint beyond India.
Key Responsibilities
International Pipeline
- Identify and pursue opportunities across target overseas markets
- Run discovery and proposals tailored to each region and buyer
- Negotiate and close deals across currencies and time zones
Relationships & Market Entry
- Build relationships with international clients, partners,
and agents
- Map regulations, pricing, and competition in new markets
- Partner with operations to ensure smooth cross-border delivery
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3 to 7 years in international business development or export sales
- Experience selling across global or cross-border markets
- Solid negotiation skills and cultural awareness
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to logistics, supply chain, trade, or freight
- Comfort with a partial overseas time-zone overlap
- An MBA in international business or a related field
