We are hiring fresh graduates for a Customer Support / Blended Support role in Gurgaon.

- Process: Voice + Chat
- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Transport: Both-Side Cab / TA
- Requirement: Excellent Communication Skills

- Handle customer queries through voice and chat.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
- Document customer interactions properly.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain qualified and effective communication.
