Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Advisory to lead our Wealth Management Advisory team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and client relationship management. As the Manager Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in guiding a team of advisors, developing client-centric solutions, contributing to the growth of our wealth management services and advise retail customers on the optimum allocation of savings across basic asset classes such that their investment objectives are realized.Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Advisory:

· Develop, present, and record financial planning, investment reports, and investment advisory recommendations to individuals and families.

· Maintain ongoing client relations by taking a lead role in communications, ensuring timely responses, and integrity in all actions.

· Document client information in Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) as well as maintain a "to do" list.

· Business Development and Networking:





· Develop current business by participating in community events, organizations, networking, as well as develop and deliver seminars and make speaking appearances.

· Perform administrative and operational tasks so organizational needs are met.

· Develop and execute a comprehensive advisory strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and client needs.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment research, compliance, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Client-Centric Wealth Management:

· Engage with High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients to understand their financial goals, risk preferences, and tailor wealth management solutions accordingly.

· Provide expert advice on investment strategies, asset allocation, estate planning, retirement planning, and other wealth management areas.
