INFINIE GAMES is looking for a Game Designer who loves creating simple, addictive, and highly replayable mobile games.
Remote Part-Time Project-Based Volunteer
You will work with our team to turn ideas into playable prototypes and improve them through testing and player feedback.
What You'll Do
- Design gameplay mechanics and core loops
- Create game concepts and prototypes
- Design progression, difficulty, and rewards
- Create simple GDDs
- Work with developers and artists
- Analyze feedback and balance gameplay
- Participate in playtesting and iteration
What We're Looking For
Minimum experience: 1–2 years
- Experience with mobile/casual games
- Strong understanding of gameplay loops and balancing
- Valuable communication and teamwork
- Ability to work independently
- Portfolio or previous game-design work
Unity, Figma, analytics, or prototyping experience is a plus.
Availability: 10–15 hours per week

IDEA → PROTOTYPE → TEST → MEASURE → IMPROVE → PUBLISH
We build small games, test quickly, learn from players, and focus on ideas with potential. Different games may have different teams.
PROFIT-SHARING MODEL
This is a volunteer, project-based role with no fixed salary.
For applicable projects, contributors may receive a share of the distributable profit from the specific game they work on.
The percentage is not fixed and will be agreed before substantial work begins.
Game → Project Costs → Distributable Profit → Project Profit Pool → Contributors
The agreed percentage, responsibilities, and terms will be documented in the applicable MOU/project agreement.
Note: Profit sharing is project-specific and is not guaranteed. Working on one game does not automatically provide profit participation in other INFINIE Games projects.
