About the Role

We are a growing manufacturer of hospital and healthcare furniture, with an established dealer network across Gujarat and Rajasthan.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive who can manage and grow our existing dealer network while developing new dealers and direct hospital customers.

This is primarily a field sales and business development role, not a desk-based marketing job.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing dealers, distributors and wholesalers across Gujarat and Rajasthan.
- Regularly visit existing dealers and increase their order frequency and product range.
- Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors in uncovered markets.
- Visit hospitals, nursing homes, doctors and healthcare institutions to generate direct business.




- Generate new enquiries and convert them into orders.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries and pending orders.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activity.
- Maintain regular communication with dealers and customers through phone, WhatsApp and personal visits.
- Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the accounts team.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and customer visit records.
- Coordinate with the production and accounts teams for order execution and customer requirements.
- Support basic product promotion and lead generation activities.

What We Are Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B field sales / business development.
- Experience in medical equipment, surgical products, hospital supplies, hospital furniture, healthcare products or a related industry will be preferred.
