Job Summary

Agrolt Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an organized, proactive, and communication-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer coordination, sales support, exhibition and event management, travel arrangements, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers and maintain good customer relationships.
- Provide sales coordination and administrative support to the sales team.
- Plan and coordinate exhibitions, events, and related activities.
- Manage exhibition stall planning, setup, and execution.
- Coordinate flight, train, hotel, and other travel bookings for business requirements.
- Handle regular follow-ups with customers, vendors,



and internal departments.
- Coordinate effectively with different teams to ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Maintain records, documents, and reports related to sales and events.
- Support the sales team in day-to-day coordination and communication activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, is preferred.
- Experience in exhibition or event coordination will be an added advantage.
