Role Description
The Head of Construction is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with a mix of in office presence and some work-from-home flexibility. This role oversees end-to-end construction activities for redevelopment and affordable housing projects, ensuring that work is delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning construction schedules, coordinating with project management teams, supervising site engineers and contractors,



and monitoring progress against milestones. The Head of Construction will collaborate with procurement, design, and finance teams to align construction plans with project goals, manage risk and compliance, and resolve on-site issues. The role also involves stakeholder communication, reporting to senior leadership, and driving continuous improvement in construction practices and processes.

Qualifications
- Strong Construction Management skills, including overseeing multiple sites, ensuring quality and safety, and coordinating with technical and site teams.
- Proficiency in Project Management and Project Control, with experience in planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and risk management for complex projects.
- Solid Budgeting capabilities, including cost estimation, financial monitoring, and maintaining projects within approved budgets.
