The CEO / EVP Operations will provide end-to-end leadership for the company's real-estate development and construction business, with responsibility for business strategy, P&L;, project development, construction, sales & marketing, land acquisition, approvals, customer experience, finance, operations, and organizational growth.

The position will lead the business from land identification and acquisition through planning, approvals, development, construction, sales, collections, handover, and asset monetization, ensuring robust financial performance, execution excellence, governance, and sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing a large-scale real-estate development platform, multiple projects, significant annual revenue/P&L;, large teams, and complex stakeholder relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the company's overall business strategy in alignment with the Board/Promoters.
- Establish short-term and long-term growth plans covering residential, commercial, mixed-use, plotted, township,



redevelopment, or other relevant real-estate segments.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, development models, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive organizational transformation, scalability, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Establish clear business KPIs and ensure accountability across all functions.
- Act as the primary link between the Board/Promoters and the executive management team.
- Provide regular business, financial, project, and strategic updates to the Board.

2. P&L; and Financial Management
- Own the overall P&L;, cash flow, working capital, margins, and return on capital of the business.
- Drive revenue, EBITDA, profitability, cash generation, and project-level returns.
- Establish annual budgets, business plans, project feasibility parameters, and financial targets.
