About the Role
Edvirexa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, approaching prospective customers, conducting field visits, explaining company products/services, building customer relationships, and converting prospects into successful customers.
The candidate should be confident, energetic, good at communication, comfortable with field sales, and capable of working toward assigned sales targets.
Probation Period & Compensation
The selected candidate will initially be placed under a 3 to 6 months probation period on an incentive-based structure.
During the probation period, performance will be evaluated based on:
- Lead generation
- Customer acquisition
- Field visits and meetings
- Sales conversions
- Revenue generation
- Achievement of assigned targets
- Follow-up and customer handling
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Attendance, discipline, and consistency
- Overall contribution to the organization
The probation period may be extended by the company if the candidate's performance does not meet the required standards or additional evaluation time is required.
In case of consistently unsatisfactory performance, failure to meet assigned responsibilities or targets, misconduct, or other valid organizational reasons, the company may discontinue the engagement during or after the probation period, subject to applicable company policies and law.
After successful completion of the probation period, the company may offer a permanent employment position, along with the applicable salary and incentive structure, based on the candidate's performance and organizational requirements
