Ability to handle a team of 10 -15 members
Prepare and Monitor process reports such as Productivity, Target scorecards, Weekly reports and Monthly reports, etc. and send them to the management
Prepare progress reports for team members
Required Candidate profile
Excellent coaching skills.
Positive Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels including presentation and public speaking skills.
Excellent MIS and analytical skills
