About the Role

Revolution Games Private Limited is looking for energetic, confident and result-oriented candidates to join our Sales, Marketing & Tele Calling Team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting our gaming products, esports tournaments, game-development programmes, institutional partnerships, training programmes and other technology services to students, colleges, companies and potential customers.

This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy communicating with people, generating leads, building relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tele Calling & Lead Follow-Up
- Contact prospective customers, students, institutions and business leads through phone calls.
- Explain Revolution Games products, services and programmes clearly.




- Follow up with interested leads regularly.
- Convert enquiries into registrations, meetings or sales opportunities.
- Maintain daily call records and follow-up status.
- Respond to incoming enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach during customer interactions.
- Follow up with existing customers for renewals, new programmes and upcoming opportunities.

2. Lead Generation
- Identify current potential customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through:
- Phone calls
- Social media
- Online platforms
- College databases
- Business directories
- Events
- References
- Digital campaigns
- Maintain and update the lead database.
- Categorise leads based on interest and priority.
- Schedule meetings for the sales and management team.
