Job Summary

Star Media Network is looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth across the companys media, advertising, and marketing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a valuable understanding of the media/advertising industry, and a proven ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and maintain long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry connections.
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline for Star Media Network’s media and advertising solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable advertising, branding, digital media,



content, and promotional solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to communicate the value of Star Media Network’s services.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the media and advertising sector.
- Work closely with the marketing, creative, editorial, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of client campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms while protecting company interests.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, proposals, and sales activities.
- Develop strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, corporate organizations, and other potential business partners.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and business development reports
