Role Description
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kochi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and preparing agendas and follow-up notes. The Executive Assistant will organize and maintain documentation,



manage email and communication workflows, and support the CEO with day-to-day administrative tasks and strategic priorities. This position also includes preparing expense reports, tracking key deadlines, and ensuring that the CEO’s time is optimized for high-impact work. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and timely decision-making.

Qualifications
- Robust Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, with experience supporting senior leadership or founders.
- Proficiency in Expense Reports and related financial administration, including tracking, documentation, and basic reconciliation.
- Effective Diary Management capabilities, including scheduling, prioritizing appointments, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
