Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, organize, and validate data from different sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards using MS Excel / Power BI.
- Write basic to intermediate SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports.
- Track and analyze key business performance metrics and KPIs.
- Assist senior analysts in developing dashboards and analytical models.
- Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Present findings and insights in a transparent and easy-to-understand manner.
- Maintain proper documentation of reports, datasets, and analysis processes.

Required Skills

Must Have:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel – formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions, etc.
- Basic knowledge of SQL – SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY, JOIN, ORDER BY, etc.
- Understanding of data cleaning and data analysis.




- Basic knowledge of Power BI or any data visualisation tool.
- Good analytical and logical thinking.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

Good to Have:
- Basic knowledge of Python and libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Understanding of basic statistics.
- Knowledge of Power Query.
- Familiarity with dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Final-year students and recent graduates can apply.
- Candidates with relevant certifications or academic projects in Data Analytics will be preferred.
