to generate qualified leads and booked meetings for HeyRecruiting. We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager who can help us scale and optimize our acquisition campaigns across
Meta and LinkedIn
.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize
Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Build B2B lead generation and demand generation campaigns
- Test audiences, creatives, copy, offers, and landing pages
- Monitor CPL, CPA, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROAS
- Manage retargeting and full-funnel paid social campaigns
- Analyze performance and continuously optimize campaigns
- Work with creative teams on performance-focused ad creatives
- Track campaigns using Meta Pixel, CAPI, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and CRM data
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on
Paid Social / Performance Marketing
experience
- Strong experience with
Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Proven experience generating
B2B leads through paid social
- Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience with SaaS, agencies, professional services, recruitment, or other B2B businesses preferred
- Strong analytical and campaign optimization skills
- Ability to work independently
