To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:
- A bachelor’s degree (or above) in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Experience in developing software applications. Fluent in Python or Java or GoLang programming language and familiarity on working with cloud technologies (AWS or Azure or GCP).
- Hands-on experience in working with SQL or NoSQL Databases like PostgresSQL or MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience in developing REST based API/Services using frameworks like FastAPI, Springboot.
- Hands-on experience in GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph/LangChain, CrewAI, Strands SDK,



Google ADK etc.
- Familiarity with MCP and A2A protocols.
- Positive understanding of working with LLM Models, writing prompts efficiently that provide accurate context for LLM Agents.

Some Other Highly Valued Skills May Include Below
- Familiarity with model fine-tuning techniques such as supervised or Reinforced Learning.
- Knowledge of banking, financial products and services.
